Camden and Islington Talking Therapies

You can self-refer to our psychology service, which is called Camden and Islington Talking Therapies (formerly iCop).

This service is staffed by psychological wellbeing practitioners and therapists who offer evidence based therapies including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) for conditions such as low mood and anxiety. The team can also link and signpost you to other services.
